At Sun Diego Boardshop, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that surfboards, skateboards, and clearance items are final sale to ensure the quality and safety of our equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags, stickers, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
